Victor Lund is one of the founders of WAV Group, a consulting firm started over 20 years ago to provide services for brokers, franchises, MLS, Associations of REALTORS, capital markets, and the technology firms that serve them.

Lund focuses his career on innovation strategy and authoring change management, known for supporting companies who aspire to lead their industry segment at enterprise scale. 

Given the breadth and depth of WAV Group services in research, planning, recruiting, public relations, M&A, vendor selection, compliance, etc. – the firm is not only keenly aware of industry trends, but is able to assist in supporting industry-wide change.

In addition to supporting the firm’s private clients, WAV Group has years of participation in the Council of MLS, The Realty Alliance, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Upstream, Broker Public Portal, the Real Estate Standards Organization, REACH, Moderne Ventures, and Second Century Ventures. 

Lund also helps international companies launch into America and American companies launch into Europe and Canada.
