John has more than 34 years of experience in the real estate industry. His background includes an award winning commercial real estate sales career, management of corporate offices for one of Canada’s iconic real estate brands as well as ownership of a major residential real estate franchise. 

He is an active participant in organized real estate both as a past Director on the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) for six years, and as the Commercial Director on the 2018 OREA Board of Directors. While at TREB, he served as the chairman of the Government Relations Committee for two years and as Chair of the Finance Committee.

An accomplished leader, John has distinguished himself in three areas: mergers and acquisitions, innovative operational solutions and building high-performance teams. Leveraging extensive experience delivering strategic commercial real estate deal planning and negotiating as marketing manager for a major private real estate development firm, John is an asset for any company considering major changes, an organizational restructuring or a new growth plan.

John attained his MBA from the University of Fredericton (2018) and his BA from Queen’s University.
