Andy Manahan is a senior executive with 30+ years of experience in the development and construction sectors. He has deep industry knowledge of the interrelationships between federal, provincial and local orders of government. As a strong city-building advocate he supports strategic infrastructure investments which are backed up by evidence.  

In 2021 he founded a boutique consulting firm providing services to the broader construction sector. Mr. Manahan is also Executive Director of the Toronto and Area Road Builders Association. 

Andy has an extensive network across civil society, an understanding of leading-edge approaches to infrastructure procurement, financing and delivery, and an inquisitive mind with respect to emerging trends and technologies. As such, he is a frequent media spokesperson.  

Mr. Manahan is on the advisory board of the University of Toronto’s Transportation Research Institute and is a member of the Association of Ontario Land Economists. In 2020, he participated in the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s “Reimagining Recovery” initiative.
