AECO Innovation Lab steps up as platinum sponsor of OBOA AMTS conference
TORONTO, Ontario, September 23, 2020
AECO Innovation Lab is proud to be a platinum sponsor of the Ontario Building Officials Association’s upcoming Annual Meeting and Training Session. This year’s event is being hosted on an innovative digital platform and offers building industry professionals many opportunities to develop skills, exchange ideas and grow in their careers.
As a platinum-level sponsor of the AMTS, AECO is proud to support the important initiatives, resources and education provided by the OBOA.
The conference kicks off on Sunday September 27 with a two-day interactive exposition hall where attendees can stroll virtually around to meet representatives from dozens of organizations, learn about the latest industry trends and products, and earn Continuing Professional Development Program (CPDP) credits.
AECO will have a booth at the expo profiling some of the company’s current projects including the One Ontario R&D program, which aims to establish data exchange guidelines for the development approval process in Ontario. Visitors will also be the first to experience an innovative new product out of the AECO startup studio. The beta version of the product will be launched at the conference, and promises a digital transformation that will make life easier and more efficient for building industry professionals.
Following the official opening ceremonies on Tuesday, September 29, there will be a keynote address and Annual General Meeting. Wednesday through Friday, participants will have the opportunity to attend 24 virtual technical training sessions – all of which qualify for CPDP credits.
