One of AECO’s innovative solutions is AECORN, a full-service real estate initiative powered by industry expertise with a strong emphasis on data insights. AECORN provides end-to-end real estate services for residential, land and commercial properties that are backed by a wealth of data aggregated specifically to enhance real estate potential.
Who you are and what you bring
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
Hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
Familiarity with Canva and Squarespace
Experience in graphic design software is a bonus (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter with good initiative
We’re counting on you for
Content Creation: Create engaging content for a range of channels including social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, including planning, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages and analyzing performance metrics.
Layout and Design: Design and edit existing marketing materials such as social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures and flyers using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative suite.
Coordinate sales materials: Coordinate with agents and teammates to update printed and digital materials needed for each property transaction as they arise. These include website updates, brochures and sales support materials.
Media Relations: Draft press releases and coordinate media inquiries.
External Communications: Coordinate with external partners such as print houses, advertising and marketing agencies to produce high-quality promotional, marketing and communication materials.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives including website, social media and other sales and marketing materials. Analyze insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
